Shipping & Returns

We print all of your orders and personalise them individually by hand. This means personalised prints can take up to 5-7 days to arrive, especially during busy periods.

We ship our orders with DPD, so when you receive your shipping notification email, it will arrive the next day. Orders with frames or A2 prints will be shipped with an external company using Royal Mail. Either way you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email! 

If you receive a personalised print and we have written the incorrect date of birth or name, let us know and we will reprint it for you free of charge. If you made a mistake when placing your order, we charge £10-£25 + shipping for a reprint. 

During busy periods such as Christmas, orders may take longer to ship because of the volume of orders we receive. Please be patient with us, we will send your order as soon as possible!

You may return your order up to 28 days after you receive the items, please email us to organise this. Any items you wish to return must be in perfect condition, still in their original packaging and sweatshirts must have the swing tag attached. 

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for Outlet or sale prints & products.

We cannot exchange or accept returns for frames, because they can't be resold after they are opened.
