One day as I sat in my garden, it suddenly dawned on me as I looked around the garden, that most of the flowers that had bloomed were the most beautiful shades of blue; the colour of our wonderful NHS. It felt so poignant to me, I had to create a floral study of the gorgeous flowers on our ceanothus shrub which has cheered me up on a daily basis during isolation this April.
This print would make a wonderful momento of this strange time or indeed as a gift for a family member who works for the NHS.
