The studio is now closed for the Christmas holidays and will reopen on the 4th January. Any orders placed during this time won't be shipped until we reopen .

Shipping policy

BREXIT UPDATE:

If you have placed an order going to an European country, customs clearance is now included in our DPD* shipping rates but please note that duties and fee payments may be requested by authorities upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these and they are the customer's responsibility (Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees)

*If you have chosen Royal Mail instead of DPD as your courier, you will have to pay for customs and duties as none are included in this rate. 

If you have placed an order going outside of Europe, customs and duties might apply upon arrival on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these and they are the customer's responsibility.

Please keep an eye on your email for more information regarding payments and deliveries from DPD or Royal Mail. 

SHIPPING:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the provided email once your order has been fulfilled.

Non-personalised prints, homeware and textiles usually take 3-5 working days to be dispatched, while personalised prints are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days. If you chose one of our tracked shipping options you will either receive a tracking number for Royal Mail or DPD will get in contact with you once they have your parcel. 

Here is a quick breakdown of our shipping rates in the UK:
- Royal Mail Standard Non-Tracked for small parcels: £0.95 - £2.99
- DPD Tracked & Signed: £4.95 - £6.95
- Express Next Day Delivery (order before 1pm*): £7.25
*Please note that this only applies Monday to Friday. All express orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing on Monday morning.

 

International rates depend on destination and weight, but here are some examples:
- Australia: rates start at £15 with DPD
- Canada & USA: rates start at £16.50 with DPD
- Republic of Ireland: you can choose between shipping your parcel with Royal Mail or DPD. Tracked & Signed with Royal Mail for small parcels starts at £11.5. DPD rates start at £21.

Lead times vary depending on destination, but on average parcels going to Australia and USA usually take 4-7 working days to arrive. Parcels going to Europe take between 3-7 working days to arrive.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that might occur due to weather, customs or other unforeseen circumstances. Please do get in contact with us if you think your parcel might have gotten lost and we will have a look into this for you. Thank you for your understanding.

FAULTY ITEMS & RETURNS:

If you have received a faulty product or if you are missing any items from your order, please get in contact with us immediately by emailing hello@maxmademedoit.com. We won't be able to offer a refund or a replacement for any damaged/missing products after 14 days from the delivery date.
